Use this page to request deletion of your Hyper Focused account and associated app data. Hyper Focused is the mobile app from Cyloxa, also presented as HyperFocus on this website.

Email your request

Send an email to support@hyperfocused.cyloxa.com with the subject "Delete my Hyper Focused account." Include the account email address and your full name.

Complete verification if asked

If we cannot confirm ownership from the request alone, we may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

Wait for completion

Deletion requests are usually completed within 30 days. We will confirm when your account deletion request has been processed.

Data we delete

  • Your Hyper Focused account profile and login identity
  • Inspection reports, drafts, templates, and saved report data linked to your account
  • Client, property, scheduling, and workflow records linked to your account
  • Uploaded photos, videos, audio, files, and notes linked to your account
  • App preferences and other account-level data stored by HyperFocus

Data we may keep temporarily

  • Records we are legally required to keep, such as tax, payment, compliance, or dispute records
  • Limited security logs needed to prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
  • Backups that are overwritten through our normal backup rotation

Retention period

Some records may be retained only when required

Hyper Focused deletes account data associated with approved deletion requests. Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, regulatory, tax, payment, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Those records are kept only for the period required for those purposes and are not used for ordinary app account activity.
